At Giusti Group Limited Partnership, we promote a strong safety culture within all levels and branches of our organization. As a registered Certificate of Recognition (COR) and Partners in Injury reduction (PIR) company we continually strive to be the best; from involving every worker in daily safety routines to our dedicated management team persistently pursuing excellence in the ever ongoing building of our Safety Program and Policies.

Giusti Group Limited Partnership starts every employee meeting with our safety department for orientations prior first day worked; each worker (employee and sub-contractor) from that point on must attend a minimum annual company orientation. The orientation allows every employee to start work with the same level of understanding when it comes to working safely; he or she becomes competent in basic safety by learning such skills as how to conduct a Pre-Job Safety Inspection (PSI) / Daily Hazard Assessment, WHIMIS, understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, Accident reporting, Rules of Conduct and location of our Corporate Safety Manual as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Manual. Once orientated, each employee receives continual training and education through regular Tool-Box Meetings (TBM) where the worker learns of Safe Work Practices (SWP), Safe Job Procedures (SJP) and other related on-going safety concerns, while site / job specific training provided the employee the tools they need to perform their tasks safely such as first-aid, fall arrest and equipment operations. Foreman, Superintendents and Managers take part in further training and Safety Committees where Emergency Response Planning, Accident Investigation, Claims Management, and Rehabilitation /Return To Work Programs become part of our culture.
